Coaches Pay Model

( Note: All Requirements on Coaches Corner page needs to be completed prior to any compensation. Any compensation $600 and over in the calendar year will result in a 1099 from ALHA - Will need SS # to be filed ). 

Head: (1st Half Pay - Fall, 2nd Half Pay - Jan)

Squirt / U10 - $1000.00

Peewee / U12 - $1500.00

Bantam / U15 - $2000.00

*Non-Parent HC's - Hotel Reimbursement for Away Tournaments (Submit to Treasurer) 

Head Coach Incentive / Retention Pay:

$100 / Consecutive Year of "A" Level Head Coaching Experience (up to ten years).

$50 / Consecutive Year of "B" / "C" Level Coaching Experience (up to ten years).

Assistant Coaches: (Paid in the Fall)

$500 - Parent

$1000 - Non-Parent along with Hotel Reimbursement for Away Tournaments (Submit to Treasurer)

Non-Parent - Districts / Regions / State Reimbursement Policy

Mileage (Industry Rate) & Hotel Expense - Expense Report (Mileage) and Hotel Receipt required (Submit to Treasurer).
